Chargé·e de mission IA - AI Academy & adoption

The mission

Teams across Scality, not only engineers, now build their own AI tools: skills, agents, connectors, websites. We want that to be fast, safe and shared, so nobody solves the same problem twice. You will run the program that makes it happen. That means the AI Academy, which teaches people to build with AI on their own work, and the standards that keep what they build safe and reusable.

What you will do

Run the AI Academy: cohorts, hands-on missions.
Get new builders set up in a day: accounts, access, their first tool.
Help teams describe their needs and find what already exists before anyone builds.
Keep the inventory of our AI tools current, and follow up on gaps with their owners.
Build skills and tools yourself with Claude Code, from your first weeks.
Prepare and follow up decisions with engineering, Security and leadership.
Keep people engaged: builder sessions, showcases, updates.

Who we are looking for

A recent graduate of a French grande école, or a student in your final year. Business school or a business–engineering double degree.

Little experience is fine. We hire for mindset, not for a CV.

You ask who has the problem before proposing a fix.

You check your work, and you never pass on AI output you have not checked.

You ship something rough quickly, then improve it.

You write short and plain, in French and English.

You are at ease with senior people, and persistent without being pushy.

You have built or run something on your own initiative: a side project, an association, a tool made with AI.

No coding is needed to apply. You will learn to build with AI here, and fast.

What you get

Pay: €45,000–48,000 gross a year, fixed, for the CDI. €1,700 gross a month for the internship.
An office on Place de la Madeleine, in the heart of Paris. You work there 4 days a week, next to the people you help.
You learn to build with AI for real, with Claude Code, agents and MCP, instead of writing slides about it.
Company-wide scope from day one. You work directly with the person setting Scality's AI standards, and with engineering, Security and leadership.
Your work is used, and seen, across the company.
An international team across Europe, America, and Asia.
Training and professional certification programs, sports and wellness programs, social responsibility initiatives, and stock options distribution for CDI hires.

How to apply

Apply on Lever with your CV and a 150-word answer to one question: explain something technical you learned recently to a colleague who is not technical.

The process has four steps: your application, a 30-minute call, a two-hour exercise with Claude, a video interview with the CTO, and a final interview with 2 people at our Paris office.

At Scality, we believe diversity drives innovation. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, welcoming applicants of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
