We are looking for a **Chief of Staff** to work directly with our CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and help scale the business. ### What You’ll Do
* You will wear multiple hats and work directly with the founders on business and operation-related execution.
* Implement AI-driven initiatives across business functions to ensure we can operate as lean a team as possible. We want to deploy AI agents and utilize as many AI tools as possible to scale the business and operation.
* Lead mission-critical initiatives that don’t neatly fit into a single function—from evaluating new markets to launching new products.
