**About the Role**\
We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to support the founding team on various product and growth initiatives. You’ll work directly with the founding team to build product-led growth loops, optimize acquisition funnels, and drive engagement through data, experimentation, and storytelling. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and marketing - ideal for someone who loves both the art and science of growth.

**In This Role, You Will**
* Build and optimize **onboarding, activation, and retention** flows that drive sustained engagement.
* Lead **data-driven growth experiments** across product and marketing — from in-app feature tests to channel optimization.
* Partner with design, engineering, and content to craft user journeys that convert and delight.
* Develop and execute **multi-channel marketing campaigns** (social, influencer, paid, and lifecycle) to acquire and re-engage users.
* Own **growth analytics and funnel dashboards** — track CAC, LTV, activation, and retention, and translate insights into roadmap priorities.
* Collaborate with creators and performance marketers to test messaging, visuals, and CTAs for higher conversion.
* Bridge **product and brand storytelling**, ensuring every experiment strengthens both performance and trust.

**You’ll Thrive in This Role If You**
* Have 2Y+ experience in **consulting, investing or marketing at D2C companies**
* Understand how to combine product mechanics and marketing psychology to drive compounding growth.
* Are fluent in data - funnel analysis, cohort tracking, CAC payback, and A/B testing frameworks.
* Can move seamlessly between creative ideation and technical execution.
* Have a bias toward speed and experimentation - testing, learning, and iterating fast.
