About Conduit Health
Conduit Health is transforming one of the hardest, most outdated corners of post-acute care — getting essential medical equipment and supplies into patients’ homes. We’re the first vertically integrated, AI-powered platform to unite ordering, telehealth, prescriptions, insurance, and fulfillment into one seamless experience. In seconds, case managers and providers can say “yes” to patients who would otherwise wait weeks — while we handle every step behind the scenes.
The Role
Conduit Health is looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO/Co-Founder and play a critical role in building and scaling the company.
You'll serve as a strategic thought partner and force multiplier to the CEO/Co-Founder, helping drive the company's most important priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and build the operational foundation needed to support our growth. We're looking for a highly analytical, high-impact operator with exceptional judgment, strong ownership, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
What You’ll Do
Strategic partnership. Work directly with the CEO/Co-Founder to identify, prioritize, and execute the company's most important strategic initiatives. Serve as a trusted thought partner on critical business decisions.
Special projects. Own high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and driving measurable results.
Business performance. Analyze company performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help establish the KPIs and operating metrics that drive accountability.
Company building. Develop scalable processes, improve decision-making, and help build the operational infrastructure needed to support rapid growth.
Leadership alignment. Partner with functional leaders to translate company priorities into clear action plans, ensure accountability, and remove obstacles to execution.
Executive effectiveness. Support the CEO/Co-Founder with strategic analyses, decision-making materials, and an effective operating cadence that keeps the organization focused on its highest-impact priorities.
Who You Are
4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, investing, or management consulting, with a track record of exceptional performance.
Experience as a Chief of Staff, in a Founder's Office, or in a comparable role working directly with a CEO or senior executive team.
Exceptional analytical ability, business judgment, and problem-solving skills.
Extremely high ownership, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
An exceptional communicator who can influence stakeholders and work effectively with senior executives.
Thrive in fast-moving environments with high expectations, ambiguity, and significant responsibility.
Comfortable being hybrid in our NYC office 3 days/week.
Compensation & Benefits
Flexible working environment (3 in-office days per week in New York).
Unlimited PTO + 9 company holidays.
Direct mentorship and growth opportunities with senior leadership.
Equal Opportunity
