Ciscoのネットワークソリューション製品群の事業成長に責任を持ち、売上および利益目標の達成を推進します。本ポジションは直接営業ではなく、Cisco製品の市場拡大を実現するために、販売代理店（Reseller）、システムインテグレーター（SIer）、サービスプロバイダー、および社内営業組織を支援する戦略的なセールスイネーブルメント職です。
Cisco社との協業を通じて、営業戦略の策定、市場開拓、パートナー育成、需要創出活動をリードし、チャネルビジネスの成長を加速させます。
主な職務内容（Responsibilities）
ビジネス戦略・収益管理
- Ciscoネットワーク製品群の事業計画およびGo-To-Market戦略を策定する
- 売上、利益、マーケットシェア目標の達成に責任を持つ
- Cisco社との四半期・年間ビジネスプランを策定・実行する
- 製品カテゴリー別の販売実績を分析し、成長戦略を立案する
- パイプラインおよび売上予測（Forecast）の管理を行う
- ベンダーインセンティブやリベートプログラムを最大限活用し、収益性を向上させる
チャネルパートナー戦略
- Ciscoビジネスを推進する販売パートナーとの関係構築および拡大を担う
- リセラー、SIパートナー、サービスプロバイダー向け販売戦略を策定する
- パートナー開拓および既存パートナー育成施策を推進する
- パートナー向けビジネスレビューを実施し業績改善を支援する
- Ciscoパートナープログラムの活用を推進する
セールスイネーブルメント
- 社内営業組織およびパートナー営業向けの販売支援施策を企画・実施する
- Cisco製品の提案資料、競合比較資料、営業ツールを整備する
- 営業チーム向け製品トレーニングを実施する
- Cisco認定資格取得プログラムを支援する
- 大型案件の獲得に向けて営業戦略の立案を支援する
ベンダーマネジメント
- Cisco社との戦略的パートナーシップを構築・維持する
- Cisco営業チームおよびチャネルチームとの定期レビューを実施する
- Ciscoの新製品および市場戦略を社内・パートナーへ展開する
- Ciscoとの共同マーケティング施策を企画・実行する
マーケティング・需要創出
- Ciscoソリューションの認知拡大および案件創出施策を企画する
- セミナー、イベント、ウェビナーを企画・運営する
- マーケティング部門と連携しリード創出を推進する
- 業界動向、競合情報、市場ニーズを分析し販売戦略へ反映する
社内連携・リーダーシップ
- 営業、技術、マーケティング、オペレーション部門と連携し事業目標を達成する
- Ciscoビジネスの社内エバンジェリストとして活動する
- クロスファンクショナルチームを牽引し事業成長を推進する
- 組織全体に対して模範となるリーダーシップを発揮する
