Job Purpose / Mục tiêu vị trí
Monitor the system to promptly fixing production issue to ensure the system runs stably and accurately. Participate in projects related to Claims to ensure that the claims function is not affected when the project go-live. Participate in daily transaction work to master the business to better manage the system.
Theo dõi sát sao và kịp thời điều chỉnh để đảm bảo hệ thống vận hành ổn định và chính xác. Tham gia các dự án liên quan để xây dựng chức năng bồi thường bảo hiểm hiệu quả. Thực hành các giao dịch bồi thường để tích lũy kinh nghiệm vận hành hệ thống chính xác.

Job Responsibilities / Phạm vi công việc

Claims System Enhancement and Project Execution/ Cải tiến hệ thống và triển khai dự án liên quan

Monitor system performance and recommend advanced solutions to optimize the claims system, streamline workflows, and minimize manual processes.

Theo dõi hệ thống định kỳ và đề xuất các hướng xử lý nâng cao để cải thiện hệ thống, tối ưu workflow và giảm thiểu quy trình làm tay.

Prepare documentation and preliminary configurations for the system in alignment with new product launch announcements.

Chuẩn bị tài liệu và các cấu hình sơ bộ cho hệ thống để phù hợp với các sản phẩm mới của công ty.

Collaborate with Users and IT teams to maintain Claims systems and resolve production issues. Act as a key project member across all stages, including requirement preparation, meeting participation, issue escalation, UAT execution, and conducting dry runs immediately after go-live.

Làm việc với các phòng ban, và đội ngũ IT để giải quyết các sự cố trên Production. Đồng thời, là người phụ trách chính liên quan tới các yêu cầu của hệ thống, testing trên UAT và kiểm tra, theo dõi hệ thống sau quá trình đi vào vận hành thực tế.

Process improvement and business optimization/ Cải tiến quy trình và tối ưu hóa kinh doanh

Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, processes, and toolkits to optimise BAU workflows, maximise collaboration, and reduce repetitive work.

Cải thiện quy trình hoạt động, tối ưu hóa các công việc hàng ngày, phối hợp hiệu quả và giảm thiểu các công việc lặp đi lặp lại.

Ensure preparing data prior and expected for the change process and UAT require upon data integration, executing of task within Claims Services for quality excellence as expected services delivery upon automation through digitalization, system enablement with supporting result for sign off.

Nghiên cứu, chuẩn bị tài liệu xây dựng đề xuất đổi mới quy trình và thực hiện UAT khi tích hợp dữ liệu, đảm bảo hoàn thành tốt nhiệm được giao như tận dụng kỹ thuật số hỗ trợ hệ thống để cung cấp trải nghiệm dịch vụ tốt nhất cho khách hàng

Job Accountability / Trách nhiệm chính

• To support Claims Automation & System Management Manager, representing Claims Team to discuss and execute matters in relation to system automation, digitalization, enablement, and integration within the departments of PVA in the most accurate, timely and compliance to company requirement with end in mind for the betterment in claims management.
  Hỗ trợ Quản lí cấp cao quản trị hệ thống và vận hành tự động bồi thường bảo hiểm, đại diện cho Đội ngũ Quản lý Dịch vụ Bồi Thường Bảo hiểm thảo luận và thực hiện các vấn đề liên quan đến tự động hóa, kỹ thuật số, hỗ trợ và phối hợp với các phòng ban khác của PVA một cách chính xác, kịp thời, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định của công ty nhằm cải thiện quản lý dịch vụ giải quyết quyền lợi bảo hiểm.

Căn cứ vào các chỉ tiêu/ mục tiêu của dự án, các mốc thời gian dự kiến hoàn thành, hiệu quả các hạng mục được phát triển, phản ánh các nhân viên khác về thái độ cũng như cách thức làm việc.

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu

Qualifications / Bằng cấp

• Mandatory: University degree or higher
• Advantage: insurance knowledge, system knowledge.

Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành bảo hiểm hay kỹ thuật là lợi thế

Experience / Kinh nghiệm

• Mandatory: at least 1 years experiences in the insurance industry.
• Advantage: Understand about Life Asia System (LAS), RCS, web-based, app-based, social platforms

Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong công ty Bảo hiểm nhân thọ ít nhất 1 năm, nếu am hiểu về LAS, RCS, Web/app là lợi thế

Knowledge and technical skill / Kiến thức và kỹ năng chuyên môn

• Mandatory:
  • English skills: at least is reading, writing/ Đọc viết thành thạo
  • Microsoft office: word, excel, power point/ Tin học văn phòng
  • Good communication skills, Problem solving skills/ Giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt
• Advantage: knowledge of Life Insurance/ Kiến thức BHNT
