Work, Learn, Grow

Hello Everyone!

Joining us, you’ll be part of a global Treasury, CCM & Exchange Services Department that supports our Clients and their money. This is a chance to expand your skills by taking ownership of ensuring that all deposit and withdrawal transactions for Client’s cash accounts are processed within 24 hours to the correct Client account for the correct amount. Additionally, Client Cash Management Associates cooperate with Client Experience, Onboarding and Compliance Teams so it's a great opportunity to learn everything about how we take care of our Clients and have wide further development opportunities.

We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office 2 times a week with respect to your own commitments.

Please note that this is a full-time, fixed-term employment role covering a leave of absence, initially through the end of May 2027, with the possibility of extension.

What You’ll Do?

• Handle Client deposits, withdrawals, and multi-currency transactions within a 24-hour SLA while ensuring strict compliance.
• Perform daily reconciliations of bank statements, payment processors, and internal ledgers, resolving any discrepancies.
• Resolve complex payment delays for clients and collaborate with internal teams and banks.
• Closely work with regulators, banks and auditors on as-needed basis.
• Act as a Salesforce and cash management system expert.
• Take part in additional projects to support the global strategic goals of the organization and the Client Cash Management Team.

What Makes You a Good Fit?

• Previous experience in Finance (AP/AR), Client Experience or Transaction Processing area - impact matters more than years.
• Fluent English.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to make methods and processes productive and efficient; ability to monitor business news, industry changes, market situations - and apply existing knowledge to make the right decisions.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in the Finance, Forex or Investment sectors.
• Familiarity with leveraging Generative AI to enhance productivity and automate routine tasks.

Your perspective matters. We encourage you to apply even if you are hesitant about meeting every single qualification. We are excited to see what you can bring to the team!
