Twin Health
At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases, like type 2 diabetes and obesity, with a new standard of care. Twin Health is the only company applying AI Digital Twin technology exclusively toward metabolic health.
We start by building a dynamic model of each person’s metabolism — drawing on thousands of data points from CGMs, smartwatches, and meal logs — that maps their personal path to better health. Guided by a dedicated clinical care team, our members have lowered their A1C below the diabetes range, achieved lasting weight loss, and reduced or even eliminated medications, all while living healthier, happier lives.
Working here
Our team at Twin Health is passionate, talented, and united by a shared purpose: to improve the metabolic health and happiness of our members. We believe in empowering every Twin to make a meaningful impact for our members, our clients, and each other, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative work environment.
Twin has been recognized not only for our innovation but also for our culture, including: Innovator of the Year by the Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), selected to CB Insights’ Digital Health 150, and named one of Newsweek’s Top Most Loved Workplace® .
With more than $100 million raised in recent funding, including a $53 million Series E round in 2025 led by Maj Invest, and a $50 million investment in 2023 led by Temasek, Twin is scaling rapidly across the U.S. and globally. Backed by leading venture firms like ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia, Sofina, Temasek, and Peak XV, we are building the most impactful digital health company in the world.
Join us as we reinvent the standard of care in metabolic health.
Opportunity
We are seeking a Principal Manager, Client Growth & Success who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strategic partnerships with large, complex enterprise organizations. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by partnering with clients, driving measurable outcomes, and creating value for clients and members.
This position will primarily support large enterprise clients, requiring the ability to navigate complex HR, benefits, clinical, operational, and executive stakeholder groups while serving as a trusted strategic advisor. Success in this role requires strong relationship management, consultative problem-solving, and the ability to align cross-functional teams around client goals to maximize program adoption, outcomes, and long-term partnership success.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and customer-obsessed. You are a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to solve problems, navigating ambiguity, motivated by impact, and naturally collaborative.
Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Client Value
- Build and maintain trusted, strategic relationships with executive, HR, benefits, clinical, and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational priorities, KPIs, and long-term success.

- Proactively monitor client health, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to improve satisfaction, adoption, retention, and long-term partnership success.
- Drive momentum and decision-making with clients that operate on long, multi-layered decision cycles, without damaging the relationship — proactively bringing recommendations and next steps rather than waiting for the client to initiate.
- Influence adoption across multidisciplinary stakeholder groups by aligningHR, benefits, clinical, operational, financial, and member experience objectives.
- Turn high-performing clients into brand advocates through success stories, testimonials, case studies, and reference opportunities.
Drive Adoption & Engagement

- Own and manage the full client renewal lifecycle for your portfolio, ensuring successful renewals and long-term client retention.
- Identify and secure expansion and upsell opportunities by aligning Twin Health solutions with evolving client priorities.
- Surface and communicate renewal or expansion risks early while partnering cross-functionally to develop and execute mitigation plans.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for complex enterprise partnerships, coordinating across Implementation, Clinical, Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Business Development to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Partner closely with client HR, benefits, clinical, operational, and executive leaders to identify opportunities for workflow optimization, operational improvements, and strategic growth.
- Partner with Member Marketing to develop promotional strategies and engagement toolkits that drive adoption and measurable program impact.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability by proactively solving problems, operating with urgency, and leading through influence to meet client and business objectives.

- Proven track record of building strategic client partnerships that drive adoption, client retention, revenue growth, and long-term business value.
- Experience managing highly matrixed enterprise organizations with multiple executive, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.

- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, presentation, and executive influencing skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and successfully lead cross-functional initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering measurable client outcomes.
