Role Overview
As Client Partner for Pinterest, you will grow Aleph's business in Croatia by expanding the accounts we already work with. You will own a book of business, plan spend with each client, and spot where a client could scale further or move into another platform.
This is a revenue-focused, client-facing role. You will work with Croatia's largest domestic, export and import advertisers and with the agencies that manage their media, and you will represent our platforms exclusively in the market.
About Aleph
Aleph is a global leader in digital advertising and fintech, operating across 130+ high-growth markets. We connect 55+ of the world's leading digital platforms with local businesses, combining global scale with deep local execution. With 90+ offices worldwide, we equip our sales teams to grow through exclusive partnerships and local expertise.
What You Will Do:
Grow the existing book of business
- Build account plans and revenue forecasts based on each client's current spend and scaling plans
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including clients not yet spending on an adjacent platform
- Manage your pipeline and keep accurate CRM records of all sales activity
- Forecast revenue weekly, monthly and annually, and deliver against your targets
Lead client and agency relationships
- Meet regularly with clients and agencies to understand campaign objectives, KPIs and marketing plans
- Recommend the right solutions from our product portfolio to help clients reach their goals
- Lead onboarding for new clients, including legal and compliance requirements
- Give clients timely, practical feedback to improve performance and strengthen the relationship
Shape new business and work across teams
- Set the direction for new-business opportunities in Croatia, based on market trends and competitor activity. Our business development team handles outreach and prospecting.
- Work closely with Client Solutions Managers to ensure smooth campaign launches and execution
- Build your network across key verticals through industry events and market engagement
What We're Looking For
- 3-7 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, account management, or a related digital marketing or ad-tech sales role
- Experience with account planning and revenue forecasting
- Experience with upsell, cross-sell and pipeline management across more than one product or platform
- Strong communication skills, as you will be the main point of contact for clients
- Fluency in Croatian and English
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work
- Working knowledge of Excel for analysis and reporting
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM (this can be learned on the job)
- Existing relationships with Croatian media agencies or advertisers
