Aleph is an official Spotify Advertising partner. As a Client Solutions Manager in Budapest, you will be the main contact for our strategic advertisers and agencies running campaigns on Spotify: audio, video and display ads, bought through Spotify Ads Manager and programmatic channels. You will help them plan, launch and optimize campaigns, and you will own the growth of their Spotify investment with us.
You will work day to day with colleagues across sales, ad operations and product to support our clients and help them get the most from Spotify: from choosing the right formats and targeting, through smooth campaign delivery, to measurable results and long-term growth. You will be the voice of the client in all of these teams.
What You Will Do
- Manage and cultivate relationships with existing business clients in the CEE region.
- Contribute to scalable account management operations for existing accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet client objectives and grow Aleph’s revenue through upselling.
- Provide regular, proactive communication between clients and internal teams, represent the team with confidence and set clear client expectations.
- Turn client feedback into input for the product and operations teams.
- Resolve client issues efficiently and tactfully, and support solutions that prevent future problems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for clients and colleagues.
- Advise, consult and help improve organisational effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional project teams to keep your product knowledge current.
- Make sure all sales activities, including sales meetings and pipeline, are recorded in the CRM tool.
What We Are Looking For
- Around 2 to 3 years of experience in account management, client success or media sales, ideally in digital advertising, performance marketing or adtech.
- Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including campaign setup, measurement and optimization.
- A track record of onboarding clients and growing existing accounts through consultative upselling.
- Comfort working with sales targets, pipeline and CRM tools.
- Clear, confident communication and strong stakeholder management, with the ability to set expectations and resolve issues calmly.
- An analytical mindset: you read campaign performance data and turn it into practical recommendations.
- Fluent Hungarian and English, written and spoken.
- A collaborative approach to working with product, operations and sales colleagues.
