Slay Markets is a modern brokerage built to make trading accessible to everyone. We’re a futures brokerage operating under the Tradeify umbrella, in partnership with NinjaTrader, and we’re now expanding into prediction markets. Our clients get research tools, real-time data, and an experience that works the way it should.
We’re a growing team of people who care about getting things right, and we hold ourselves to a high standard of integrity. Support sits at the center of that. Clients trust us with their accounts and their money, and every conversation should earn that trust.
You’ll join our client support team as we build it out and prepare to launch prediction markets. You’ll be a first point of contact for traders, answering account questions, explaining how markets work and resolve, and solving problems quickly in Intercom.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Support and learn our products hands-on, while taking real ownership of your queue.
