We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.
The Role
At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage, and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world relies on every day. Our technical solutioning and engineering teams sit at the leading edge of this mission, turning complex enterprise challenges into resilient, high-value technical outcomes.
As a Customer Technical Solution Engineer, you will combine the outcome-driven strategic leadership of a solution architect with the hands-on building power of a forward-deployed engineer. You will take technical ownership across the entire engagement lifecycle, guiding solutions from the first customer conversation to a validated production outcome.
You will operate directly with customer executives, architects, and engineering teams across both pre-deal strategy and post-signature delivery. In this role, you will move seamlessly between strategic architecture workshops, rapid prototyping, commercial solution modeling, and live implementation environments to ensure technical decisions deliver real business value.

You bring a strong growth mindset, eager to master new technologies, build agentic systems, and expand your skills across modern platforms. You are deeply customer-focused, ensuring that every engineering choice delivers tangible business value and operational stability. Open, borderless, and naturally inclusive, you partner comfortably across disciplines, practices, and global teams, creating a collaborative environment where ambitious ideas become lasting realities.
