Job Description​

The Clinical Resource Nurse assists the manager in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. Serves as a positive professional role model, exhibiting clinical leadership and decision-making skills. Acts as a resource for maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development and other special projects.

This RN will be the charge nurse two days a week. The third day will consist of quality and risk needs of the department.

This position is scheduled 7 am until 7 pm Wednesday - Friday.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various

Associate Degree - Nursing
