Cloud Alliance Manager

ProsperOps is the category leader in autonomous cloud cost optimization, founded by the leaders behind Rackspace's AWS Managed Services Business. We use sophisticated algorithms, AI, and automation to generate world class savings outcomes for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, while minimizing our customers' risk. We have over $5 billion dollars of cloud spend under management and serve sophisticated teams like Coinbase, Canva, SeatGeek, and TD Synnex. The cloud is incredibly powerful, but operating it cost effectively is complicated and time-consuming. Our mission is to remove complexity and deliver savings outcomes so every business can prosper in the cloud. We're a fully remote team, so 100% of our roles are open to applicants anywhere in the region in which the role is advertised.

Location: Must be located in New York, NY, Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CA (hybrid)

About the Role

ProsperOps is seeking a Cloud Alliances Manager, to own and grow our co-sell relationships across AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud. This role is critical to scaling partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines as we expand our in-person interactions with the 3 major hyperscalers.

You will build and run the joint go-to-market plans, field relationships, and co-sell mechanics with all three hyperscalers, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to turn those partnerships into revenue in the region.

Successful candidates will have hands-on experience running co-sell inside at least one hyperscaler ecosystem (AWS Partner Central/ACE, Microsoft Partner Center, or Google Cloud Partner Advantage) and be comfortable supporting a second and third in parallel.

What You'll Do

Alliance strategy & GTM

• Own and execute the joint go-to-market strategy with AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud, tailoring the approach to each partner's field structure and incentive programs
• Build and maintain the annual/quarterly business plans for each cloud partnership, including pipeline, co-sell, and Marketplace revenue targets
• Build and maintain the annual/quarterly business plans for ProsperOps sellers with the hyperscalers, including pipeline, co-sell, and Marketplace revenue.

Co-sell execution

• Drive day-to-day co-sell motion across ACE (AWS), Microsoft's co-sell/IPA tooling, and Google's Partner Advantage, opportunity referrals, deal registration, pipeline hygiene, and funding activation for deals
• Build and maintain relationships with field counterparts at each hyperscaler (AEs, PDMs/ISRs, Partner Solutions Architects) to generate referrals and expand coverage
• Manage ProsperOps' Marketplace presence across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Marketplaces.

Enablement & cross-functional alignment

• Work with ProsperOps sales teams on co-sell best practices and how to work each partner's programs and tooling
• Partner with Marketing and Channel AMs to execute joint campaigns, field events, and co-marketing initiatives with each cloud provider
• Coordinate with Product on integration and technical alignment needed to stay competitive for partner programs (e.g., competency/specialization status)

Reporting

• Track and report pipeline, co-sell wins, and Marketplace revenue by partner; maintain accurate CRM/dashboard data for partner-driven performance
• Identify and escalate blockers across the partner relationships

What You'll Bring

Must-have

• 4+ years in partner/alliance management, channel sales, or cloud GTM in enterprise technology, with direct hands-on experience inside at least one hyperscaler co-sell ecosystem
• Working knowledge of AWS Partner Central/ACE, Microsoft Partner Center, or Google Cloud Partner Advantage (ideally more than one)
• Track record of building co-sell pipeline and driving it to closed revenue, not just relationship management
• Comfortable owning multiple partner relationships in parallel with competing priorities and cadences
• Strong partnerships presence, able to build relationships with partner leadership as well as field reps.

Nice-to-have

• Prior experience at AWS, Microsoft, or Google in a partner-facing role
• FinOps or cloud cost management background
• Experience in an early-stage/high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Experience in selling SaaS suites and multiproduct bundles
• Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, and partner-program tooling (ACE, PRM systems)

ProsperOps by the Numbers

• Category leader in autonomous cloud cost optimization
• Billions in cloud compute spend under management across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
• Customers include sophisticated cloud teams recognized in Gartner's Cloud Services Magic Quadrant
