Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance citizen services.
We offer solutions and assets across Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Operations, Industry X and Accenture Song.
A new era of digital transformation is being driven by the emergence of cutting-edge technologies. Companies use data analytics to accelerate their operations, make better decisions and provide higher quality service to their customers. To leverage the potential of data and maximize the benefits of a data-driven strategy, companies are looking for experts that are ready to define new standards and guide them towards success. That is where the Enterprise Analytics practice at Accenture comes in. We combine data analytics and strategy consulting as part of a single agenda which helps our clients solve complex problems, discover new opportunities and thrive in today’s competitive global environment.
THE WORK:
As an SAP Cloud Analytics (SAC) Consultant within our Enterprise Performance & Analysis practice, you will architect the intelligence behind Fortune 500 companies’ decisions. We are redefining how enterprises harness data, and you will be at the epicenter of that transformation. Every day presents a new frontier, but your core mission will be to fuse data and AI-driven insights with pragmatic business strategy. You will:
Design & Build Next-Generation SAC Solutions: Architect cutting-edge, self-service planning and reporting applications to empower clients to steer their business.
Be the Trusted Advisor on Innovation: Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on state-of-the-art planning and reporting strategies. Lead the development of high-impact Proofs of Concept (PoCs) that demonstrate the art of the possible.
Facilitate immersive design thinking workshops to deeply understand client pain points, decision-making processes, and future aspirations. Transform raw business needs into crystal-clear functional designs that become the blueprint for transformative SAC solutions.
Execute sophisticated data preparation and blending procedures, design robust planning models (financial, workforce, supply chain), and craft best-in-class dashboards and analytical applications that deliver immersive, action-oriented user experiences.
Why this role can have a strong impact for your career:
You will define how global enterprises adopt AI and edge analytics.
You will operate in a culture of relentless innovation and modern SAP BI and AI tools including SAC, Datasphere, BW, SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC)
Your work will directly influence enterprise-wide decisions, from budget allocation and resource planning to market expansion strategies
No two clients or industries are alike. You will continuously evolve, tackling new data challenges and mastering emerging SAC features as they launch.
Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
We don’t just hire for what you know—we invest in who you are and who you will become. We are seeking bold, intellectually curious builders who are tired of being boxed into "report factories" and are ready to shape the future:

Experience in the design and development of SAC reporting and planning solutions. Sound knowledge of financial controlling and enterprise performance management aspects.
