PayPay Bank is responsible for developing the financial infrastructure that supports the PayPay Group's financial services. Our team drives the entire process, from core system cloud infrastructure design and construction to operations and standardization, led by our own engineers. Beyond simply building and maintaining infrastructure, our role encompasses:
Evolve our infrastructure while maintaining high reliability
Design cloud architectures for future scalability and high-volume transactions
Build development organizations and cloud deployment processes themselves

With the rapid expansion of our infrastructure's importance and scale accompanying business growth, we are looking for Cloud Infrastructure Engineers to support mission-critical systems and improve development efficiency and stability.
In this position, you will face technical challenges unique to financial systems:
High-availability and high-reliability cloud architecture design
Infrastructure change management and release design achieving Zero Downtime
Multi-account governance and security design for large-scale AWS environments
Modernization of cloud infrastructure with an eye toward future scalability and cost optimization
Modernization of Financial Infrastructure
Improve architecture utilizing the latest AWS services, Kubernetes, and IaC while maintaining the reliability of long-established financial systems.
Mission-Critical System Development
Experience large-scale infrastructure design and construction considering multi-region support, high availability, and fault tolerance for financial systems where downtime is not permitted.
Ability to Design the Entire System
Involved in overall infrastructure design including container platforms (EKS/ECS), networks, storage, and CI/CD pipelines.
Scale Unique to the PayPay Group
Evolve large-scale infrastructure supporting financial services across the entire PayPay Group, not just for the bank alone.
In principle, 9:00am-5:45pm + 1h break (actual working hours: 7h45m + 1h break)
