If so, you could be our new Coating Engineer, Services Department.
What You’ll Do:
1. Independently handle the general/regular projects overall issues in minimum 2
Segment (PC/Marine/Container) at the beginning.
2. Independently handle the complex projects in multiple segments
(PC/Marine/Container),e.g. silicone project, GKA project.
3.Take initiatives in coordination in complex projects with multiple members or
handle the high requirements from owners without other team members.
4. Independently handle complex compliant issue/provide technical guideline to
clients.
5. Independently complete high quality reports in time in time in FSM with
professional suggestions to owners when necessary .
6.Mentor CA/Asst CA/Intern on daily on-site work.
What You’ll Bring:
1. College and above education background
2. NACE II or FROSIO III Certificate
3. Solid knowledge on most of Hempel products ,including latest products
4. At least 4 year on-coating site experience
5. Able to express personal views clearly and accurately via various ways, reach a consensus with others in a pleasant atmosphere and actively guide others thinking.
6. Fluent oral English is plus
7. Have certain ability of observation, analysis and judgment, and the ability to make non principled changes according to different situations
8.Have a certain project management skills and experience(work as a project member is acceptable)
9.Demonstrate good coordination skill when completing projects
