At Loop, we're always looking for great people who want to build their career in Columbus, our HQ. This is not for one specific open role at Loop. This is an invitation for local (or soon-to-be-local) talent across Tech, Go-To-Market, and G&A to get on our radar so we can match you to the right opportunity when the time comes.
Whether you write code, close deals, support merchants, or keep the business running, one thing stays constant at Loop: we move fast, we own our work, and we're building something that millions of people use. If that sounds like your kind of place, we want to hear from you.
This community spans three parts of our business for Columbus, OH:
- Tech: Engineering, Product, Data, Design
- Go-To-Market: Sales, Merchant (Customer) Success, Support, Onboarding, Partnerships, Revenue Operations
- G&A: Finance, People, Operations, and other business functions that keep Loop running
What You'll Do: Depending on the specific role you're aligned to, you can expect to work across some or all of the following:
- Own meaningful problems within your craft, whether that's shipping product, closing revenue, supporting merchants, or running the systems that keep Loop moving.
- Move at Loop speed. We're a fast-paced, high-growth company where priorities shift, and ambiguity is part of the job. You'll be expected to figure things out rather than wait for a fully paved road.
- Collaborate across teams, knowing how to pull in the right people at the right time to solve problems that don't respect org charts.
- Use data and the latest tools, AI included, to work smarter, find leverage, and continuously improve how you operate.
- Own your outcomes, whatever they look like in your function. A shipped feature, a closed deal, a resolved ticket, a closed set of books, while bringing the creativity and hustle to hit and exceed those outcomes.
- Contribute to our Columbus HQ. Be part of an in-person hub, with the visibility and connection that comes from being close to the action.
Your Experience:
- You've worked at a fast-growing startup or tech company (or a few) and know what it means to operate with high standards when the road isn't fully paved.
- You bring experience in your function: Tech, GTM, and G&A, and can speak concretely to the impact you've had.
- You thrive when things are moving fast, priorities shift, and you have to figure things out without a fully-scoped playbook.
- You're comfortable with data and tools, use insights to drive decisions, and are already experimenting with AI to improve how you work.
- You've worked cross-functionally and have examples of how that collaboration led to a better outcome.
- You operate with intensity and high standards, and bring the same level of care to the people around you. You push hard and treat others well at the same time.
- You're based in Columbus, Ohio, or open to relocating, and you’re excited about being part of our HQ presence.
- You have examples of living Loop's core values: Be a Human First, Courage Over Comfort, Own the Outcome, and Make Merchants Successful.
What you can expect in our Columbus, OH HQ:
- Working with great humans who are some of the best at what they do.
- Short North location, access to tons of restaurants and shops.
- With free garage parking!
- Weekly breakfast and/or lunches.
- Some of the best snacks and drinks you’ve ever had.
- Outings around town: Sports games, Pins nights, and other team-building activities.
