This role is designed for an attorney who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume commercial environment and is interested not only in day‑to‑day contract negotiation, but also in how legal services are delivered at scale. This position offers substantial client contact, ownership of significant business matters, direct interaction with business leadership, and opportunities to assume increasing responsibility over time. In addition to drafting and negotiating agreements, the role plays a central part in intake management, workflow prioritization, and continuous improvement of contracting processes.

The ideal candidate brings strong commercial judgment, an operational mindset, and a desire to partner with the business on both execution and strategy.

This position will be located in Irvine, California and is in office Monday through Friday. Travel for on-site meetings may be required.
