This is a part-time opportunity, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle, while making a meaningful impact on our team and customers.
What you'll do:
Review and assess commercial credit applications by analysing financial statements, bank records, and other important data
Connect with applicants and brokers over the phone to gather information and discuss loan requirements
Deliver accurate and thorough credit assessments, recommending lending limits that fit Shift’s approach
Make sure every customer application is matched with the right products and services
Keep detailed records of risk factors and ways to manage them, supporting confident decision-making
Develop strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and brokers to support business growth
Follow credit underwriting guidelines and compliance standards, and maintain accurate data in our systems
Team up with Relationship Managers and Sales teams, offering support, coaching, and mentorship
Look for ways to improve our processes and service, helping the whole team work more efficiently
What you'll bring:

Strong business sense, with a solid grasp of the SME market
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
Experience analysing commercial credit through financial and bank statements (bonus points for familiarity with non-traditional data!)
A sharp, analytical mindset with great attention to detail
