Josys is an AI-driven identity security platform that comprehensively manages and defends all authentication credentials (identities) within an organization. In addition to employee and contractor accounts, it provides unified visibility and protection across the growing landscape of identities, including AI agents, service accounts, humans, AI, and systems alike.
At its core, Josys offers automated detection of credential leaks originating from the dark web and compromised endpoints, automated discovery and management of AI agents, and policy-based autonomous AI security response. It integrates access governance and license optimization capabilities cultivated through SaaS management. By automating permission management and risk response, Josys protects organizational identities while minimizing operational workload even amid security talent shortages.
Under the mission to "Protect all identities and all applications with AI," Josys empowers businesses to operate with confidence and security.
With the rapid expansion of SaaS and AI applications, corporate IT and security teams worldwide face increasingly complex management demands. Furthermore, modern cyber security incidents frequently exploit stolen user IDs as a primary attack vector, making high-level identity defense an urgent priority, particularly for enterprises.
However, management capabilities often fail to keep pace with the required speed, resulting in unmonitored accounts, delayed updates, and fragmented ownership—placing corporate IT governance in a critical state. Driven by the surge in SaaS usage accelerated by the pandemic, this challenge has emerged simultaneously across global markets, representing a significant business risk for organizations of all sizes.
To address this, companies require an AI-driven solution to holistically manage identities, SaaS applications, and devices—minimizing security risks while optimizing operational efficiency. Josys provides an AI-driven management platform that delivers end-to-end support down to daily operations, helping enterprises strengthen governance and minimize identity-related security risks.
While international SaaS solutions are widely adopted in Japan, Japanese SaaS products that achieve global adoption remain extremely rare. Building a successful global product company is an exceptionally high-caliber challenge. Josys is breaking through this reality, leveraging Japan as our mother market while scaling a platform used worldwide. We are actively seeking passionate individuals to tackle this ambitious challenge alongside talented global colleagues and build this vision with their own hands.
