- Create briefs for the Analytics team, seeking to answer data-related questions that get to the next level of detail in our data
- Seek creative solutions to solve problems, including using AI to enrich your work with deeper insights drawn across multiple sources
- Forecast the value of new initiatives for ClearScore users, partners, and revenue to support business prioritisation
- Own initiative prioritisation for key partners and run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to set joint priorities to deliver against together for the coming quarter
- Act as the Commercial lead for cross-functional marketplace optimisation initiatives, from initial concept and business plan stage to execution and performance tracking
- Co-ordinate with the Marketing and CRM team on the creation, partner sign-off and performance optimisation of commercial email campaigns

Skills we'd love you to have
- A track record of high achievement both at work and in academic performance
- Ability to demonstrate innovative thinking when tackling challenges in a previous role
- Passion and curiosity for the problems we are solving, and an ability to use creativity and initiative in pursuit of these goals

- Drive to action, able to bring together different teams to deliver launch on or ahead of schedule
- A natural aptitude for data analytics and comfortable drawing insights from data - we don’t need you to be a data expert, but a level of understanding is crucial to being successful
- Great communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- A growth mindset with a passion for learning
- Previous work experience in any of the following would be beneficial, but not a requirement:
- Strategy consulting
