The opportunity
Ferring+You
Lead the next phase of growth for Ferring Australia’s Musculoskeletal business. You will own the strategy, commercial execution, P&L and results.
Reporting to the Business Unit Head, Specialty Medicine, you will set portfolio direction, lead marketing and KAM execution, and unite Medical, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations and external partners behind one commercial plan.
This is a rare opportunity to combine brand, sales and people leadership in one role, with direct ownership of positioning, customer strategy, field execution, investment and performance.
Building on Ferring’s leadership in hyaluronic acid for osteoarthritis, you will extend our reach, grow priority accounts and sharpen our competitive edge. You will turn market and customer insight into a compelling value proposition, decisive account plans and measurable growth.
You will also assess and prepare potential Musculoskeletal launches over the next two to three years, creating a scalable commercial platform that protects today’s business and unlocks future growth.
