Drive increased automation, reporting capability, and data-driven insights to enhance transparency and reduce manual effort.
Train, support, and influence stakeholders while continuously refining processes, tools, and governance standards to meet evolving business needs.
Degree qualified, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Proven experience managing complex commercial processes, bids, proposals, contracts, or governance frameworks within a manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or similarly regulated environment.

Strong process-oriented mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
Experience working collaboratively with Finance, Legal, Commercial, and operational stakeholders to support business decision-making.
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including confidence engaging with Senior Leadership Teams and executive-level decision-makers.
Fluent in French and English, with strong IT systems capability and experience operating within complex, procedural business environments.
