Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
Replit is changing who gets to build software. What started as a platform for developers has become an AI-powered creation platform where individuals, and teams can turn ideas into working apps, internal tools, dashboards, workflows, and websites faster than ever before. The company has had a fair amount of success with the outside world and in customer traction, particularly on the enterprise.
We are looking for a PR Lead to help tell that story to the audiences that matter most: CIOs, CISOs, CFOs, business leaders, developers, analysts, partners, customers, and the press.
This role will own communications for Replit’s marketplace, customer momentum, and business adoption. You will help position Replit as the AI platform that gives every team in an organization the ability to build, ship, and solve problems securely, without waiting months for traditional software cycles.
The work will span the full range of communications: product launches, partnership announcements, customer stories, competitive positioning, analyst engagement, executive visibility, conference moments, speeches, thought leadership, vertical storytelling, and proof points that show how enterprises are using Replit to move from idea to production.
You will work closely with Replit’s sales, partnership, marketing and leadership teams to shape narratives that resonate with both technical and business audiences. The right candidate understands the technology landscape and can operate comfortably across media, analysts, influencers, customers, partners, and internal teams. They should be able to explain why Replit matters in a world where AI is changing how software gets built and have the ability to change and evolve fast given the competitive nature of this marketplace.
Strong writing is essential. So is judgment. This person must be able to take complex ideas such as AI agents, software creation, security, governance, procurement, developer productivity, business transformation, and competitive differentiation, and make them clear, credible, and compelling.
This is a role for someone who can help Replit punch above its weight in the enterprise conversation and make sure the market understands the scale of what Replit is building.
Lead enterprise communications for Replit, including product, partner, customer, vertical, executive, and competitive narratives.
Build and evolve the messaging for Replit with the enterprise, with a focus on AI-powered software creation, secure adoption, governance, productivity, and business impact.
Develop communications programs around enterprise momentum, including customer adoption, partner announcements, use cases, and market proof points.
Build relationships with enterprise technology, business, AI, software, developer, and industry reporters.
Create compelling customer stories that show how companies are using Replit
Partner closely with sales and marketing to support enterprise campaigns, launches, events, customer references, and field narratives.
Work with product teams to translate technical capabilities into clear stories for business, developer, and enterprise audiences.
Engage analysts and influencers who shape the enterprise AI, software development, developer productivity, and CIO agenda.
Develop executive thought leadership for Replit leaders, including speeches, bylines, conference narratives, briefing documents, and social content.
Shape competitive positioning in a fast-moving market that includes AI coding tools, developer platforms, low-code/no-code platforms, hyperscalers, and enterprise software companies.
Identify opportunities for Replit to lead conversations around the future of software creation, AI agents, governed enterprise adoption, and business-led development.
Move quickly between strategic messaging work and same-day communications needs without sacrificing quality or precision.
Experience building relationships with enterprise technology, business, AI, software, developer, and industry press.
Ability to work directly with customers and partners to develop credible, specific, high-impact stories.
Comfort partnering with sales, marketing, product, partnerships, and executive teams.
Strong instincts for positioning in a competitive and fast-moving market.
Ability to make complex technical topics understandable without flattening what makes them important.
Ability to move between long-arc narrative building and urgent, same-day turnarounds.
Strong writing skills across formats, including blog posts, briefing documents, launch materials, bylines, social content, speeches, messaging docs, and customer stories.
Experience in enterprise communications across one or more areas such as product, partner, customer, vertical, executive, or competitive communications.
A strong understanding of how C-suite, developers, and business leaders evaluate, adopt, and govern new technology.
An understanding of AI tools and the changing landscape.
A genuine interest in how AI can expand who builds software, while understanding the importance of security, governance, and responsible adoption.
Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment where priorities shift and the market moves quickly.
10 to 15+ years of communications experience, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS, AI, developer tools, enterprise software, cloud, security, or productivity platforms.
Experience across multiple enterprise communications disciplines, including product, partner, customer, vertical, analyst, and executive communications.
Experience communicating to both technical and non-technical enterprise audiences.
Existing relationships with top enterprise technology, business, AI, software, and industry reporters.
Experience supporting sales-led or partner-led enterprise growth.
Experience creating customer storytelling programs that connect product usage to measurable business outcomes.
Familiarity with the enterprise buyer journey, including security reviews, governance, procurement, compliance, productivity, and ROI.
