  • Transform community insights and feedback into actionable recommendations for content creation, campaigns, and overall brand strategy.
  • Identify and nurture brand advocates, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty within the brand community.
• Content Curation & Collaboration:
  • Work hand-in-hand with Social Media Creators and Creative Teams to ensure content is optimized for community interaction and sparks conversation.
  • Curate and amplify user-generated content, celebrating our community's creativity and passion for the brand.
  • Contribute to content calendars, ensuring a balance of planned posts and reactive, conversation-driven engagement opportunities.
• Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Administer social networks, discussion forums, ratings, and reviews, ensuring timely, empathetic, and appropriate responses.
  • Utilize web analytics and monitoring platforms to track community sentiment, engagement metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on community health, key insights, and the impact of engagement strategies to internal teams and the client.
• Brand Guardianship:
  • Ensure all community interactions uphold the brand’s guidelines, tone of voice, and values, maintaining its premium and sophisticated image.

Required experience:

• Experience: +5 years of proven experience in a dedicated Community Manager or Social Media Engagement role, preferably within an agency environment and for global brands.
• Education: Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Knowledge & tools:
• Expert-level proficiency across all major social media platforms for driving creative engagement and conversation.
• Familiarity with social listening tools, community management platforms, and web analytics (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Google Analytics).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional communication:
• Proactive, empathetic, insightful, creative, strategic, analytical, organizes and team player.
