By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. We are looking for a Configuration Management Specialist to join our rapidly growing team in Sydney. In this role you will run the day-to-day change process for the vehicle and its support system. You will own the program's change register end to end. That means guiding change owners as they raise and enrich their change requests, and coordinating impact assessments across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, test and quality. You will prepare change packs for review and approval, then confirm that approved changes are released and implemented on the product.
Working closely with the Configuration Manager, you will be the person the program comes to for the status of any change. The role takes persistence in chasing inputs, care with technical detail, and the confidence to hold a change at the gate until it is complete. If you enjoy being the coordination point in a fast-moving engineering program then this role is for you.
