Conditions are dynamic—expect uneven terrain, working around heavy equipment, and being part of a coordinated, safety-first crew.
The ability to travel 2-4 nights throughout the week on key projects and home on the weekends. Per Diem and hotel stay provided.

A Day in the Life
As an Operator I, your day will start with a morning tailgate meeting and safety check. You’ll be expected to follow field plans and supervisor instructions, report any equipment issues, and maintain a safe working environment.
You’ll assist in setting grades, maintaining equipment, and working alongside other operators and laborers. As part of a restoration crew, you’ll contribute to streambank stabilization, wetland construction, stormwater infrastructure, and more.
