Identify systemic issues and implement strategic process improvements to prevent recurrence. Exercise independent judgment in evaluating competing priorities and making decisions with long-term ramifications.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the principal technical liaison between superintendents, external design consultants, project controls, regulatory affairs, and the client. Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges and drive collaborative problem-solving. Break down organizational silos to improve information flow and decision-making effectiveness.
