This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor(a) SAP MM/SD Sênior based in Brazil.
This is a senior SAP consulting opportunity focused on the sustained operation and continuous evolution of critical SAP processes.
You will work across the SAP SD and MM modules, supporting sales, purchasing, materials management, and related business processes.
A key focus of the role is Brazilian fiscal functionality, including configuration and maintenance of J1BTAX.
You will work closely with business teams to understand requirements, resolve complex issues, and deliver functional solutions.
The role also includes supporting integrations, functional specifications, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Brazilian tax processes will enable you to make a direct impact on project quality and compliance.
This is a remote, project-based opportunity suited to a senior professional who combines strong functional expertise with a consultative approach.
Accountabilities:
- Provide functional support and continuous improvement for SAP SD and MM modules.
- Analyze business requirements and conduct functional requirement-gathering activities with business stakeholders.
- Configure and parameterize processes related to sales, purchasing, and material movements.
- Maintain and configure J1BTAX, ensuring SAP processes remain aligned with Brazilian tax legislation.
- Analyze and resolve incidents and issues involving fiscal and business processes.
- Prepare functional specifications for developments, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
- Produce functional documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer for end users.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure effective delivery of SAP solutions.
Requirements:
- Solid professional experience as an SAP SD/MM Consultant.
- Advanced knowledge of configuration and parameterization within the SAP SD and MM modules.
- Proven hands-on experience with J1BTAX.
- Strong understanding of Brazilian fiscal processes and their application within SAP.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex functional issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, particularly when working directly with business teams.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and operate effectively in a project environment.
