At VELUX, our products help people bring more daylight and fresh air into their homes. But finding the right solution often starts with a conversation—and that’s where you come in.
As a Consumer Sales Support Representative, you play an important role in the customer experience, helping consumers understand their options, choose the right products, and feel confident in their purchasing decisions. Whether you’re answering a question by phone, guiding someone through a website, or recommending a solution over chat or email, you help turn an initial inquiry into a positive experience and a potential sale.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the value of great customer service, and is motivated by finding solutions that meet customer needs.
You’ll be a key point of contact for consumers throughout their buying journey, combining customer service with consultative sales.
You’ll answer product and order questions, recommend suitable VELUX solutions, prepare quotations, and help customers understand how daylight and ventilation can improve their homes.
You’ll also support sales campaigns and new product launches, assist with basic technical questions, and work with other departments to resolve customer concerns and keep things moving.
Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen the customer relationship, and help someone find the right VELUX solution.
You have an associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant customer service or sales experience. You communicate clearly, enjoy solving problems, and can explain product information in a way that makes sense to customers.
You’re comfortable managing multiple inquiries, working with computer systems and Microsoft Office, and balancing customer needs with accuracy and timely follow-up.
Experience in a call center, sales, SAP, or the building-products industry is a plus. Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, a customer-first mindset, and an interest in helping people make informed decisions.
You’re more than a point of contact. You help shape how customers experience VELUX, support our sales efforts, and connect people with products that can make a real difference in their homes.
If you enjoy building relationships, finding solutions, and making every customer interaction count, we’d love to hear from you.
Join VELUX and help make a difference in the customer experience.
