About the job
Company Overview
Our client is an early-stage, fast-growing beauty brand redefining the nail care category with high-performance skincare for nails. Founded by seasoned beauty and consumer leaders, including the former CEO of a global beauty brand and the founder of a category-defining DTC consumer brand, the company sells across its own DTC e-commerce channel, national retail partners in the US, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. Its products are designed as daily self-care rituals, and building an active, engaged community of nail enthusiasts, skincare obsessives, and everyday consumers is central to the brand’s long-term growth.
About the Role
Maybe you’ve been the person running a beauty or lifestyle brand’s social channels and want a bigger say in what the brand becomes. Or maybe you’ve been creating content on the side and want to turn your instinct for trends into a full-time role. Here you won’t be posting from a content calendar someone else wrote. You’ll be the voice of the brand online, decide what’s worth jumping on, and turn customers into its loudest advocates.
What You Will Do
This is a hands-on role for a culturally fluent, self-directed creator who is as comfortable replying to DMs as filming a TikTok on a phone. Every platform has its own rhythm. The expectation stays the same: build a community people want to be part of, and feed what you learn back into the business.
You will manage day-to-day engagement across TikTok and Meta, responding to comments, replying to DMs, engaging with tagged stories, and joining organic cultural conversations with a playful, authentic brand tone. You will spot emerging beauty, manicure, and skincare trends early, pitch content ideas, and produce native, mobile-first short-form video and UGC-style clips. You will identify, contact, and seed products to micro-creators, nail artists, and aesthetic influencers to keep a steady pipeline of organic UGC. You will keep a pulse on community feedback, product questions, and order issues, and escalate to operations or leadership when needed. You will also share community insights, viral hooks, and standout comments with the Growth and Design teams to inspire new ad angles and email topics.
Why Join
You’ll join a fast-growing brand at an early stage, backed by founders with deep beauty and consumer experience. You’ll have real ownership of the brand’s voice and community, with your insights directly shaping ads, emails, and product conversations. The role is fully remote and works with a US-based team.
