The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Content Marketing Manager to help shape and scale our B2B content marketing efforts.

In this role, you will own the development and execution of a content strategy that strengthens brand awareness, establishes thought leadership, communicates our technology and solutions, and supports business growth across the marketing funnel.

You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Strategy to uncover compelling stories, translate complex business insights into clear narratives, and develop high-impact content for B2B decision-makers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong business acumen, exceptional storytelling, and sharp editorial judgment with the ability to turn strategy into execution. You will play a key role in building a scalable B2B content marketing engine.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Planning

• Own and execute a comprehensive B2B content strategy aligned with brand positioning, business priorities, go-to-market plans, and the customer journey.
• Define key content themes, editorial priorities, and annual content roadmaps across awareness, consideration, conversion, and customer engagement.
• Identify content opportunities through industry trends, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and business performance data.
• Establish content performance metrics and continuously optimize the strategy based on audience engagement, lead generation, and pipeline contribution.

1. Thought Leadership & Content Development

• Develop compelling, insight-led content that establishes our brand and executives as trusted voices in the B2B travel and technology industry.
• Lead the creation of thought leadership articles, industry reports, whitepapers, case studies, customer success stories, blog posts, and executive LinkedIn content.
• Proactively identify and develop compelling stories by working with internal experts, commercial teams, and external partners.
• Translate complex technology, product capabilities, data, and business insights into clear, differentiated narratives tailored to senior B2B audiences.

1. Product Storytelling & Sales Enablement

• Partner with Product, Sales, and Strategy teams to articulate compelling value propositions, product differentiation, and customer benefits.
• Develop high-impact sales and marketing assets, including product one-pagers, solution narratives, case studies, website content, and partner-facing presentations.
• Support go-to-market initiatives and product launches with content that drives awareness, consideration, and commercial engagement.
• Ensure content addresses customer pain points and supports business development and sales conversations.

1. Executive Communications & Presentations

• Lead the end-to-end development of high-impact executive presentations for industry conferences, flagship events, partner summits, and strategic engagements.
• Partner directly with senior executives to develop compelling storylines, synthesize complex information, and translate strategic priorities into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs, reconcile stakeholder feedback, and deliver executive-ready content under tight timelines.
• Maintain a high standard of storytelling, message clarity, and visual communication in collaboration with creative teams.

1. Content Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Manage end-to-end content production, from ideation, research, and briefing to development, stakeholder approvals, and publication.
• Work collaboratively across Product, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and other teams to align content with business priorities and audience needs.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners, providing clear briefs and actionable editorial feedback.
• Leverage AI tools and scalable content workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and speed of execution while maintaining strong editorial standards.
• Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and content quality across channels and formats.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in B2B content marketing, content strategy, or product marketing, preferably within SaaS, technology, platform, or marketplace businesses.
• Strategic content ownership: Proven experience independently developing and executing content strategies, defining editorial priorities, and connecting content initiatives to business objectives.
• Exceptional storytelling and editorial skills: Strong writing, editing, research, and synthesis capabilities, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality thought leadership, case studies, and B2B marketing content.
• Strong business acumen: Ability to understand complex business models, commercial strategies, product value propositions, and customer needs, and translate them into compelling content.
• Executive communication: Demonstrated experience developing senior executive presentations, translating complex ideas into impactful narratives, and engaging confidently with senior leadership.
• Stakeholder management: Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and drive projects forward without direct authority.
• Project management and execution: Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset: Ability to use research, customer insights, and performance data to inform content decisions and measure effectiveness.
• AI fluency: Hands-on experience leveraging generative AI tools to accelerate research, content development, editing, and workflow efficiency while maintaining accuracy and originality.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and senior business audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience in travel technology, e-commerce, digital marketplaces, or B2B partnership ecosystems.
• Experience developing content for industry conferences, executive thought leadership programs, or large-scale B2B events.
• Familiarity with SEO, content distribution, CRM, marketing automation, and content performance analytics.
• Experience building content processes and scalable editorial workflows in a growing organization.
