This full-time role is ideal for a content professional who combines strong writing skills with practical experience using AI tools to produce high-quality content efficiently. You will execute an established content strategy, transforming briefs and keyword research into polished, SEO-friendly blog posts published directly to a CMS. Beyond the blog, you will manage a weekly B2B newsletter and maintain a consistent organic presence on LinkedIn. You will also create downloadable templates and conversion-focused landing pages that support audience engagement and lead generation. Working independently in a remote environment, you will manage recurring publishing schedules, maintain editorial standards, and use performance insights to refine content. Success requires strong organization, editorial judgment, and the ability to turn AI-generated drafts into natural, useful, human-sounding content.
Execute the established content strategy by turning keyword research, content briefs, and hub-and-spoke structures into high-quality published blog content.
Use AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to generate initial drafts, then substantially edit and refine the content for accuracy, clarity, natural language, and brand consistency.
Fact-check content, improve readability, and remove generic or artificial-sounding language.
Publish 2–4 blog posts per week directly into a content management system (CMS), ensuring correct formatting and on-page structure, including H1, H2, and H3 headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, and URL slugs.
Source and integrate relevant visuals for each post, including hero images, diagrams, and screenshots where appropriate.
Ensure images are contextually relevant, correctly sized, and include appropriate alt text.
Add internal links according to the existing hub-and-spoke content architecture.
Implement FAQ schema markup where applicable, with training provided.
Maintain the content calendar with publishing status, dates, URLs, and performance notes.
Own the weekly B2B email newsletter for an audience of sales and revenue professionals.
Curate two to three relevant external insights per newsletter, such as industry news, professional posts, tools, and research.
Write concise commentary around curated material, include links to newly published content, and maintain an informative, non-promotional tone.
Schedule, test, and send each newsletter using an email marketing platform such as Klaviyo or an equivalent tool.
Monitor newsletter open and click-through rates weekly and identify relevant performance trends.
Create and publish one to two organic LinkedIn posts per week, drawing on blog content, product use cases, customer conversations, and sales insights.
Write practical, specific LinkedIn content that avoids generic corporate messaging and supports the intended audience.
Create or source supporting visuals, schedule posts, and monitor engagement, flagging important comments and mentions.
Develop landing page copy for downloadable templates and format the assets into usable PDFs, presentations, or documents.
Publish gated landing pages in the CMS with email capture integration, ensuring appropriate metadata, internal links, and a consistent conversion experience.
Maintain alignment between landing page messaging and the downloadable content.
Manage multiple recurring content deliverables independently while incorporating editorial feedback and making improvements quickly.
Strong hands-on experience using AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to support content production.
Ability to distinguish between raw AI-generated output and polished content, with the editorial skills to rewrite and refine drafts substantially.
Excellent writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, directly, and naturally without corporate jargon or unnecessary filler.
Experience publishing content directly into a CMS, including formatting, metadata, and on-page SEO structure.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage recurring deliverables independently and meet deadlines.
Ability to source appropriate visuals and integrate them effectively into written content.
Comfortable receiving editorial feedback, adapting quickly, and maintaining consistent quality.
