We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cooks (Full-Time & Part-Time) to join our diverse culinary teams across a range of venues, including premium outlets such as Epicurean, In-Room Dining, Nobu, and our Pastry kitchens.
 

Your role as a cook

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in line with venue standards and recipes.
• Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations across a variety of service styles and concepts.
• Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Working collaboratively with chefs and kitchen teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Contributing to a positive, supportive, and professional team culture.
   

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous learning.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety knowledge will be highly regarded.
