We're looking for a Creative Producer with strong creative and analytical skills, to generate new ad ideas for one of our core D2C subscription products. You'll bring bold, fresh ideas to every ad, turn test results and UA feedback into new creative decisions, and keep a pulse on trends and competitor activity.
This role is for someone who can make data-driven decisions in ads while bringing a new and fresh perspective. The bar is high and so is the upside — performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
Analytics & Creative Strategy
Own the creative process for your work, from brief through generating new ideas and results
Read and interpret performance data (CPA, CTR, ROI), and translate test results and UA's insights into concrete, fresh creative concepts
Bring innovative, non-obvious creative approaches into the pipeline
Trend & Market Research
Research trends, competitor creative, and best practices in the industry
Generate new hypotheses and creative angles on an ongoing basis
Spot what's working in the market and bring in new ideas before the rest of the market catches on
Creative Direction & Quality
Write detailed briefs for video and static ad creative - concept, copy, structure, references
Approve finished ad creatives and UGC materials for quality
Guide adaptation of creatives across advertising platforms and audience segments
Must-Have Experience
2+ years in performance marketing as a Creative Producer or similar role, ideally at a fast-growing startup working with subscription-based products (app or web)
Advanced, hands-on experience with Tableau or Omni for creative analysis
Strong command of performance metrics (CPA, ROI, CTR, CVR) across Facebook and TikTok Ads, with a track record of using them to make ads that drive profit
Track record owning creative output end-to-end, validated through testing results
English B2+, written and verbal
Key Attributes
Analytical, decision-driven approach to creative - grounded in data
Genuinely curious - actively follows trends and competitor activity without being told to
Takes full ownership of their process and the ads they produce
Empathetic communicator who works well cross-functionally with designers and UA
