Creative Video Producer / Motion Designer

**About Hyperbound** Sales is messy. Closing deals is hard. Multiple stakeholders, hours of calls, and endless emails. At Hyperbound, we're building the AI Agent that will help sales teams untangle that mess. Hyperbound is the Revenue Activation Platform: an agentic OS for sales that connects what happens to what should happen next. We came out of YC S23 and went viral with Voice Agents that reps could call to put their skills to the test. Today, we’re building AI that understands sales conversations, coaches in real time, reasons across deals, and takes action to move them forward. We are trusted by companies like LinkedIn, Amazon, Intel, Notion, and Vanta. We raised a $15M Series A in October 2025, grew ARR 5× over the past year, and are growing nearly 20% month over month. **The team you'll build with** We’re assembling a cracked team of builders and operators. You’ll be working alongside former founders, early customers that loved the product so much they decided to join, and folks that worked for our competition before joining us. We like hard problems, strong opinions, and getting something into customers’ hands while the idea is still fresh. **We work with high trust and real autonomy.** You’ll have the context to make decisions, the freedom to choose your approach. We trust you to spot problems, challenge assumptions, and move things forward without waiting for step-by-step direction. We have each other’s backs. When something goes wrong, we focus on fixing it and learning, not pointing fingers. You’ll have teammates who share what they know, tell you what they think, and jump in to help. We move quickly because we trust each other, give direct feedback, and make decisions together. We’re optimistic enough to take ambitious swings and willing to change our minds when the evidence comes back. We ship quickly, learn from customers, and keep improving. **About the role** We're hiring our first dedicated Creative Video Producer and Motion Designer to bring Hyperbound's products, customers, and stories to life through video. You'll own the creative process from concept to final cut, working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership to create videos that make complex technology easy to understand and hard to ignore. This is a hands-on opportunity to build our video production capability from the ground up, with flexibility for a part-time or full-time arrangement. **What we need from you** * **Storytelling instinct:** You know how to turn a complex product, customer conversation, or rough idea into a compelling story. You have a strong creative point of view and a portfolio that shows you can make videos people actually want to watch. * **End-to-end production skills:** You're comfortable owning the entire process, from creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards to filming, editing, sound, color, and motion graphics. You're proficient with tools like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or and modern AI tooling * **Technical craft:** You know your way around cameras, lighting, audio, and on-location production. You can direct interviews, make people comfortable on camera, and capture high-quality footage. * **Motion and design craft:** You can animate product UI, build titles, lower thirds, end cards, and explainer graphics, and design static assets (thumbnails, ad variants, social graphics) that match our brand. You’re comfortable in After Effects and Figma or Adobe Creative Suite. * **Ownership and resourcefulness:** You can take a brief and run with it, manage multiple projects, and deliver polished work without someone managing every step. You know when to do things yourself and when to bring in outside help. * **Creative collaboration:** You can work with marketers, founders, and product teams to turn feedback into better work without losing the creative vision. You communicate clearly, move quickly, and care about getting the details right. **Highly preferred** * Experience producing video content for B2B SaaS, technology companies, or startups, particularly product demos, customer stories, founder content, and marketing campaigns. * Experience animating SaaS product interfaces or building reusable motion templates and brand systems. * Experience building video production workflows from scratch and managing freelance creatives, agencies, or production partners. **What your regular Thursday looks like:** * You're on set filming a customer interview or working with our founders to capture a story worth sharing. You're directing the conversation, managing the equipment, and making sure you get the shots you need. * You’re creating short & long form content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube (ads), and Meta (ads) that people actually want to watch and share. * You're turning raw footage into a sharp, engaging video for an upcoming product launch. * You're collaborating with Marketing and Product on the next campaign, turning a rough brief into a creative concept, storyboard, and production plan. * You're delivering final edits and shorter cuts for social, web, and sales, incorporating feedback and making sure everything is polished, accurate, and ready to ship. **What this role is not** * **A role where you just execute someone else's vision.** We want someone who brings creative ideas, challenges briefs, and helps shape how Hyperbound tells its stories. * **A role where you only do one part of production.** You'll be hands-on from planning and filming through editing and delivery, especially as our first dedicated video hire. * **A role with a big production team behind you.** You'll be building the function from scratch, figuring out how to create great work efficiently and bringing in external partners when it makes sense. **Interview Plan** * Portfolio review * Intro call with James, Founding Recruiter (30 min) * Conversation with Garrett, Marketing Lead (45 min) * Final onsite with marketing team and Co Founders (90 min) We move fast, from first conversation to decision in 1-2 weeks. **Compensation and Benefits** * $110,000-$140,000 annually, 6 month contract-to-hire * Medical, dental, and vision * 401k and HSA options * Commuter benefits * Lunch and dinner in the office Compensation will depend on experience and the agreed part-time or full-time arrangement. Details will be discussed during the interview process. **Equal Opportunity** Hyperbound is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status. If you need accommodations during the interview process, let us know and we'll make it work. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
