- Develop and recommend data-driven growth strategies by evaluating revenue, subscriber trends, engagement, pricing, and overall account performance.
- Identify and develop new traffic sources, audience acquisition strategies, and emerging platform opportunities.
- Source sponsorships, brand partnerships, and other revenue-generating opportunities for creators and the Brazzers Creator Division.
- Build and maintain relationships with creator platforms, agencies, affiliates, and other industry partners.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies to keep the division ahead of the market.
- Collaborate with account managers and leadership to implement growth initiatives and support creator success.
- Represent the Brazzers Creator Division at industry events, conventions, and networking opportunities as needed.

- Experience using creator management and CRM platforms such as Infloww, Supercreator, or comparable creator management software.
- Proven ability to analyze account performance and translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
