Key responsibilities:
• Oversee the engineering team in the development of scalable digital
platforms in the CRM & Loyalty Domain
• Bear responsibility for content within their field of expertise.
• Exhibit recognized expertise in at least one relevant technology or
topic.
• Drive interfaces to other fields, ensuring seamless collaboration and
integration.
• Lead and guide teams from junior to senior levels.
• Provide outstanding customer service and manage relationships with
diverse customers.
• Embody the Merkle vision and serve as a company
ambassador.
• Contribute to the vision and strategy of the team.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for pitches and client work.
• Oversee the architecture, development, and integration of the CRM &
Loyalty platform, guiding the engineering team to deliver innovative
solutions that enhance customer engagement and align with the
domain’s business strategies and technical standards
