The Role
The Crown PlaySafe Advisor plays an important role in supporting Crown's commitment to responsible gambling while contributing to exceptional guest experiences across our integrated resort.
This is a unique role that combines guest engagement, stakeholder collaboration, responsible gambling initiatives, and regulatory obligations.
Working across a 24/7 rotating roster, you will engage with guests, collaborate closely with operational, leadership and support teams across Crown Perth, and contribute to business-wide initiatives that support Crown’s Crown ’29 Strategy and commitment to minimising gambling harm. Success in this role will rely on working together with internal stakeholders across the business, sharing insights and partnering with Crown PlaySafe teams across other Crown properties to deliver consistent, practical and guest-focused outcomes.
