As a Customer Analytics Strategy - Manager, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives within our Strategy practice, focusing on corporate and business strategy consulting. You will work directly with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive business success. As a Manager, you will guide and mentor teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing project execution, and confirming deliverables meet client expectations.

Responsibilities
- Leading the development and execution of customer analytics strategies to enhance business performance
- Guiding teams in conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities
- Utilizing data analytics and customer insights to inform strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to drive customer experience improvements
- Developing strategic solutions that align with business transformation goals and customer strategy
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies in customer analytics
- Overseeing the implementation of business process improvements to optimize customer engagement
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
