What You'll Do

• As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll help deliver an outstanding experience for our customers by:
• Supporting customers across the UK & Ireland through multiple communication channels, ensuring professional and timely resolution of inquiries throughout the whole order-to-delivery process.
• Managing and resolving customer issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Sales, Credit Management, Marketing, and Operations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring effective follow-up and issue resolution.
• Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience, business performance, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the successful transition and stabilization of new activities within the Prague operation.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• SAP & Salesforce knowledge or similar is an advantage
