Our Opportunity: 

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Service Technician to join our Auckland team. In this role, you’ll deliver technical expertise and outstanding service directly in our customers’ homes - helping us provide truly “Best in Class” customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities: 

• Diagnose, repair, and fully test products to ensure complete customer satisfaction. 

• Build and maintain strong product knowledge through training sessions, manuals, and digital learning tools. 

• Complete all service-related documentation, including job records and cash collection requirements. 

• Manage and maintain your spare parts inventory. 

What you will need: 

• Proven experience in appliance repair and troubleshooting. 

• Relevant Qualifications in Electrical and Appliance Repair. 

• an NZ registered Electrical Practicing Licence is essential i.e EAS, EST, EASQ. 

• Strong communication and computer skills. 

• A customer-focused approach with the ability to deliver premium service.
