This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company driving transformation in one of the most important industries in the world. With a rapidly growing, global client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI.
Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to Rogo’s mission. We take ownership of complex problems and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.
Rogo is looking for a strategic, hands-on senior customer marketer to turn our customers into our most powerful growth engine. Rogo serves some of the most sophisticated and discerning users in the world, and their success is our strongest proof. This person will help build the customer marketing function: the stories, references, advocacy programs, and expansion campaigns that show what AI can do inside the world's top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms.
You'll sit at the intersection of retention and revenue, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and senior leadership. In an industry where confidentiality is the default, you'll know how to earn trust, navigate compliance and approvals, and find creative ways to put customer proof in market.
Build the customer marketing strategy. Set priorities, launch programs, and measure their contribution to pipeline, adoption, retention, and expansion.
Create compelling customer proof. Develop a steady pipeline of case studies, ROI stories, videos, and testimonials, including creative formats for customers who can’t participate publicly.
Establish a trusted reference program. Give Sales access to relevant, approved customer advocates while protecting customer relationships and respecting their time.
Bring customer leaders together. Launch a Customer Advisory Board and executive programming that builds relationships, surfaces insight, and delivers value to our top accounts.
Support adoption and expansion. Partner with Customer Success and Product on campaigns that help customers discover new use cases, reach more teams, and get more from Rogo.
Amplify customer success. Work with Communications and Brand to turn customer milestones into thoughtful announcements, speaking opportunities, and other moments of visibility.
6-8+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a related go-to-market role, ideally in B2B SaaS, financial services, fintech, or AI.
A track record of building and executing customer marketing programs at a high-growth company.
Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex workflows and customer outcomes into clear, credible narratives.
Experience working with senior enterprise executives and navigating brand, legal, and compliance approvals.
Strong project management skills and the ability to move multiple programs forward with care and urgency.
A practical, data-driven approach to measuring impact and improving what you build.
Experience with financial services buyers, Customer Advisory Boards, or executive programming is a plus.
You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.
You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.
You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.
You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.
Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous.
Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance.
A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale.
Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.
Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
