Build and run email programmes and automation for customers, working with Marketing Operations on templates, QA and tooling
Take complete ownership of budget, targets and reporting for all customer marketing activities
Regular alignment with internal stakeholders to make customer marketing a vital element of our overall marketing strategy, e.g. with Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Sales and Customer teams
You are fluent in German and English
You have 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a background in SaaS or at a forward-thinking technology firm
You have hands-on experience in marketing automation and email marketing
You have planned and run events or other in-person formats and can show their results
You have managed a budget and been measured on targets, ideally pipeline, expansion or retention
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to get things done. You are driven by impact and want to be measured by results
You feel comfortable working with senior stakeholders and with teams you don't manage
You are tech savvy and use AI and automation to scale your work
