Experience with API-centric development and integrations, including client-side and server-side SDKs, and working knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, and/or Microsoft Azure.
A solid understanding of data architecture, data flows, system integrations, and technical implementation approaches. Experience with large-scale data migrations, particularly terabyte-scale datasets, is a strong plus.
Familiarity with data privacy, sensitive data protection, AI data sanitization, and privacy-by-design architectural approaches is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience independently managing complex customer implementations or technical programs, navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and driving successful outcomes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to quickly gather missing information, identify technical gaps, and develop practical solutions.
Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to understand end-user challenges, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and push back constructively when required.
