The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Quality Sr Specialist to join our team in the Czech Republic. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction by investigating, resolving and preventing quality and logistics issues relating to finished goods and materials.
Working closely with customers, consumers, breweries, ports and internal stakeholders across international markets, you will drive effective complaint management, monitor ocean transport quality and ensure timely responses to customer queries. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen operational processes and use data-driven insights to improve service quality.
What will you be doing:
- Manage customer and intercompany complaints from initial investigation through to resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and effective preventive actions.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers and consumers, providing regular updates on complaints and queries.
- Monitor and report on ocean transport conditions of finished goods in collaboration with exporting zones and the Global Quality Director.
- Coordinate the issuance of credit and debit notes, ensuring accurate financial processing of complaints.
- Act as a central point of contact for resolving quality, logistics, transportation and master data issues, working closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs to identify trends, improve performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including PDCA, risk management and operational projects.
- Provide operational support to the wider team, helping resolve challenges, sharing best practices and stepping in to support the Team Leader when required.
- Coordinate ad hoc requests and operational priorities, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution.
What you will bring:
- A good understanding of supply chain operations, particularly logistics, transportation and warehousing.
- Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel knowledge and experience using Power BI and Power Query.
- Knowledge of SAP and confidence working with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A graduate degree and at least 2 years of logistics experience, ideally within an FMCG environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage and influence a range of stakeholders.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a strong sense of urgency, sound prioritisation skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, flexible and resilient approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative and results-oriented mindset, with strong organisational skills, general business acumen and a commitment to continuous improvement.
