We set the bar high — our advisors are the best of the best. This is a fast‑paced, high‑energy role where resilience, adaptability, and a customer‑first mindset are key to success.

So, who are you?

• Curious with a growth mindset — You’re eager to learn about new products, compliance updates, and customer behaviours.

• Clear communicator — You explain things simply, transparently, and without jargon.

• Independent — Ambitious, innovative, and confident working autonomously in a hybrid or remote setup.

How will you contribute?

As a Customer Support and Sales Advisor, you’ll speak with existing customers who call us with queries about their products or services. Your role is to:

• Understand their needs

• Resolve their questions

• Introduce relevant solutions that genuinely add value

• Ensure every interaction leads to the right customer outcome

You’ll log into our virtual contact centre at the start of your shift and handle a steady flow of inbound calls throughout the day. Every conversation is an opportunity to support a customer, build rapport, and make a positive impact.

Although the role is hybrid/remote, you’re never on your own. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values your efforts, celebrates your success, and helps you grow. It’s challenging — but incredibly rewarding.
