Where the payments that fund real lives through salaries, savings, and businesses are protected in real time. We use trusted AI to detect and prevent financial crime, fraud, and money laundering at scale: the world's top banks, payment networks, and acquirers trust our technology to safeguard more than one billion consumers and $9 trillion in payment volume every year.
Feedzai is a Series D company and has raised $282M to date. With a valuation of $2 billion, our technology protects 1 billion consumers and 90 billion transactions each year.
The Revenue Optimization Associate serves as an indispensable co-pilot to our enterprise sales team. Operating directly in the deal flow, this role takes ownership of key commercial, security procurement, and client reporting workflows - eliminating deal friction and accelerating time-to-close.
As part of the The Revenue Central Execution and Optimization team, you will support prospects and clients in evaluating the total business value generated by Feedzai’s RiskOps platform. We achieve this by aligning our platform capabilities with our clients' strategic, customer experience, and risk management agendas. Beyond pre-sale execution, RCEO ensures long-term client trust by delivering monthly usage metrics and managing annual vendor compliance assessments.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for an ambitious commercial professional or analyst who wants to sit close to active revenue generation, master value engineering, and directly influence enterprise deal velocity.
Everything we do is a team sport. In this role, you will collaborate daily with Sales, Solution Consultants, Value Adoption Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product Managers, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to drive seamless execution across the entire customer lifecycle.
