This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Switzerland.
Join a fast-growing, venture-backed technology environment transforming how revenue operations and sales teams manage customer activity, pipelines, and forecasts. As a Customer Success Manager, you will own relationships with key accounts, helping customers unlock value, improve product adoption, and achieve measurable business outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer retention, renewals, and account expansion. As one of the early hires in the Customer Success function, you will have the opportunity to build processes and shape the team's strategy from the ground up. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact while building relationships with leading RevOps and go-to-market professionals across Europe and beyond.
In this hands-on, commercially focused role, you will guide customers throughout their journey, from implementation and onboarding to long-term adoption, renewal, and expansion. You will also help establish scalable Customer Success practices that support sustainable growth.
Own a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, driving retention, renewals, and revenue expansion.
Support late-stage prospects and existing customers in realizing value quickly through effective onboarding and implementation.
Drive product adoption by helping customers improve their workflows, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue operations.
Build and refine the Customer Success playbook, establishing processes and best practices as the function develops.
Monitor customer performance and engagement metrics, using data to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable improvements.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and company founders to deliver a consistent, customer-first experience.
Develop strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including senior executives, RevOps leaders, and sales teams.
Explore and implement AI-driven approaches to improve internal processes and customer outcomes.
Contribute to commercial growth through proactive account management and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Requirements:
You bring a combination of customer-facing experience, technical understanding, analytical thinking, and commercial awareness. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership, and building processes while the Customer Success function evolves.
2–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Salesforce Administration, Customer Success, or Solutions Engineering.
Strong technical understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, data integrations, and RevOps workflows.
A proven track record of delivering measurable results in onboarding, implementation, customer adoption, or related performance metrics.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into practical strategies.
Demonstrated curiosity and experience using AI to optimize processes within your function.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly when working with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive, commercially minded approach, with a sense of urgency and the ability to take ownership of customer outcomes.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-growing, evolving environment and contribute to building processes from the ground up.
Nice to have:
Experience working in Revenue Operations or as a Salesforce Administrator.
Experience leading implementation teams for complex products.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data capture, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Benefits:
Annual compensation range of €80,000–€140,000.
Performance-based incentives and equity participation.
A revenue-generating role with close collaboration with company founders.
Direct exposure to experienced RevOps and go-to-market leaders at high-growth businesses.
The opportunity to build and shape the Customer Success function with meaningful ownership over its strategy and commercial results.
A high-impact role in a customer-focused, fast-moving culture.
Flexible paid time off.
Opportunities to develop a strong professional network across the global RevOps and Sales community.
Exposure to innovative, AI-driven revenue technology and best-in-class business practices.
Remote work, with the requirement to be based in a European time zone.
